Who are we looking for?

Are you a strategic leader with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for maximizing business performance? As Director of Revenue Management, you will be responsible for defining and leading the resort’s overall revenue strategy, optimizing profitability, driving growth, and ensuring a strong competitive position in the market.

As a key member of the hotel’s leadership team, you will work closely with the General Manager and the Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to develop strategies that maximize financial performance and enhance brand value.

We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially driven professional with strong influencing skills, capable of transforming data into strategic decisions that drive the performance of one of Europe’s most iconic luxury resorts.

Your Responsibilities Will Include…

Strategic Revenue Management Leadership

Define and lead the resort’s overall revenue management strategy to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share.

Develop pricing, segmentation, distribution, and inventory strategies aligned with the business’s financial objectives.

Identify growth opportunities and new revenue streams through demand analysis and market trend evaluation.

Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-term revenue planning processes.

Ensure dynamic and proactive management of rates and inventory in response to evolving market conditions.

Business Analysis & Financial Performance

Oversee the ongoing analysis of key performance indicators, including ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, RevPAR Index, and Market Penetration Index.

Interpret market intelligence, STR reports, and competitive benchmarking data to identify opportunities and risks.

Lead the development of annual room revenue budgets and financial forecasts.

Present data-driven recommendations and strategic insights to the Executive Committee.

Drive initiatives focused on maximizing profitability and optimizing the business mix.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Organizational Influence

Serve as the Revenue Management expert and strategic advisor to the resort’s leadership team.

Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations leaders to ensure an integrated commercial strategy.

Provide strategic guidance on demand, pricing, market positioning, and revenue opportunities across departments.

Effectively communicate performance results, market trends, opportunities, and challenges to ownership, executive leadership, and key stakeholders.

Build strong and collaborative relationships with internal teams and business partners.

Systems Management & Operational Excellence

Ensure the effective use and optimization of Revenue Management Systems, PMS platforms, and distribution channels.

Maintain the integrity and accuracy of data used to support decision-making processes.

Drive continuous improvements in revenue management processes, methodologies, and technologies.

Ensure compliance with Marriott International standards and industry best practices.

Talent Development & Team Leadership

Lead, develop, and mentor the Revenue Management team.

Foster a high-performance culture built on collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Identify development opportunities and growth plans for team members.

Promote a data-driven decision-making culture across the organization.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in Revenue Management within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.

Experience leading commercial strategies and Revenue Management teams.

Advanced knowledge of forecasting, pricing, distribution, segmentation, and inventory management.

Experience with Revenue Management Systems, PMS platforms, STR reporting, and market analysis tools.

Strong analytical and financial acumen.

Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural, and results-oriented environment.

Fluency in English and Spanish.

Valid work authorization for Spain.
