ZEST Resort & Spa is a new luxury resort in Cap Negret, Ibiza, scheduled to open in April 2027. With 206 rooms and seven villas, destination dining, wellness facilities and a Beach Club, we are building a team that will bring warm, thoughtful hospitality to every part of the guest experience.
We are looking for a Reservations Manager to lead our reservations team and establish a professional, commercially focused operation ahead of opening.

Your role
You will manage the day-to-day reservations operation, ensuring enquiries are handled promptly, bookings are accurate and every guest receives a personalised service. Working closely with Revenue Management, Sales and Front Office, you will help convert enquiries into bookings and ensure a smooth handover from reservation to arrival.
Our property management system is MEWS, and you will play a key role in embedding effective processes and supporting the team to use it confidently.
What you’ll do
Lead, train and develop the reservations team, setting clear service standards and performance expectations.
Establish pre-opening procedures, booking workflows and quality checks.
Oversee reservations for rooms and villas, including amendments, cancellations, deposits and special requests.
Manage telephone, email and online enquiries with a focus on responsiveness, accuracy and conversion.
Ensure rates, booking conditions and reservation details are correctly applied in MEWS.
Work with the Director of Revenue Management to support pricing, availability and inventory controls.
Identify opportunities to increase direct bookings, upsell room categories and promote relevant resort experiences.
Coordinate group and negotiated bookings with Sales and operational teams.
Monitor enquiry conversion, response times, booking accuracy and team performance.
Resolve booking queries and complaints with professionalism and care.
Ensure guest preferences and special requirements are communicated clearly to Front Office and other departments.
What you’ll bring
Experience leading a reservations team within a luxury hotel or resort.
Strong working knowledge of hotel reservations systems; MEWS experience is desirable but not essential.
A confident, supportive leadership style and a commitment to developing others.
Commercial awareness and an understanding of booking channels, rate structures and revenue management principles.
Excellent organisation, attention to detail and communication skills.
Confidence handling complex enquiries and building relationships with guests and booking partners.
Professional fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages would be an advantage.
Pre-opening experience would be an advantage.
