Who processes your data

The data controller is Guloia, EIRL (RNC 131782191), Avenida José Contreras, Edificio 130, Distrito Nacional, República Dominicana, owner and operator of RevenueManagerJobs. Because we offer the service to people resident in Spain and the European Union, we apply the GDPR and the LOPDGDD to their data regardless of where the company is incorporated. You can reach us about any data matter via contact.

What data we process and why

Job alerts: your email, role, city, experience and preferences, so we can send you matching openings. Legal basis: your consent.
Submitting your profile: the data you provide, to connect you with openings and, if you allow it, with employers that are hiring. Legal basis: your consent.
Posting a job (employers): the employer's contact details, to manage the posting. The contact email is never published.

Who we share it with

We use providers that act as data processors purely to deliver the service (email sending and hosting). We do not sell your data. We only put you in touch with employers if you ticked that box explicitly.

How long

We keep your data while your alert or profile is active, or until you ask us to remove it.

Your rights

You can exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing via contact. You can also unsubscribe from alerts using the link in any email, or complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
